1. General Principles
bdi9 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "organization") is an online gaming and casino service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("user", "you" or "member") and bdi9.

3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account with bdi9, accurate and truthful information must be provided. Any false information provided at the time of registration may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. The following must be observed:

3.3 Single Account Policy
Only one bdi9 account may be operated per individual, household address, device, or IP address. Operating multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of deposited funds.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into bdi9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Third-party payments are not accepted.
- All deposit transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
4.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account balance:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
- Withdrawal Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

bdi9 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met for this bonus.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer will have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- A bonus is applicable only once and only once per person.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- bdi9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud will result in cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.
5.3 VIP Program
The bdi9 VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier is possible based on regular active play and loyalty to the platform.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Issues

7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

- Attempting to unfairly obtain or abuse bonus benefits.

- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage (Collusion).

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bdi9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Non-cooperation with identity verification.
- Fraud or suspicious activity.
- Legal reasons or regulatory compliance requirements.
8.2 Closure by the User

10. Changes to Terms
bdi9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time. Regarding changes:

- Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
